What is the AITA?
The Australian International Trade Association

The Australian International Trade Association (AITA) is a Non Government Organisation dedecated to enhancing ties between Australia and the world.

Goals
To bridge the gap between Australia and the world in multiple areas, including but not limited to Trade, Education, Agriculture, Business, Culture, the Arts and all levels of government on either side.
To provide complete and efficient service, from start to finish, and afterwards
To Promote Australia as one of the Worlds most progressive countries, and raise its profile Internationally

We are an Independent Organisation. We conduct our activities in conjunction with many local, state and federal government agencies as well as Educational Institutions and Private Companies in Australian and abroad.

Membership is open to all Australian Councils, Businesses, Community Groups or Organisations and Government Associations that wish to promote their Products, Institutions and Agricultural or Manufacturing/Processing Industries, or Tourism in their region oversea.

Our organisation is experienced and competent in handling the promotion of businesses and communities within many areas of Australia. We operate through a network of Members, as well as associates, and affiliates, to promote Australia and Australian Originations overseas

The AITA has many contacts and agreements at Government and Business levels overseas as well as in Australia, and is trusted and recognised as an ambassador for Australian Trade. We are supported by a number of Federal and State MPs as well as many local Councils throughout Australia.

We at the AITA are also able to promote areas as tourist destinations via our associated Travel Agency, which also has offices both here and overseas.

Our worldwide members are seeking products and services from all sectors. These include from agricultural and textile machinery, education packages, horticultural and industrial machinery, dairy machinery, animal husbandry products and technological packages.

Members of the AITA are offered a competent, efficient and inexpensive service, which allows them access to avenues that may help expand their business, without the expensive overheads that an individual business would normally encounter.

Members also have access to or facilities overseas, often free of charge, and are able to obtain advice and assistance from our experienced, often bilingual, staff.

The AITA is willing and able to involve itself in any project, large or small, to promote Australia to the World. We organise functions an event for one representitave, or large delegations, and organise conventions and seminar on a regular basis.
